MY STRATEGIES FOR SCALING IT ON JUMIA

Section 1

* Never price too low and never price too high. Always make final profit around 30-60% depending the type of product.

The above product is "Teeth whitening" is about 300 naira. The package weight is 0.088kg

10pcs will cost: 3k
10pcs will weigh 0.88kg let assume 1kg

Shipping cost for 1k is about 2.5k

Total cost: 3k + 2.5k = 5.5k

Landing cost of each product is 5.5k/10 = 550naira

Expenses for each product:
*Jumia commission fee: 300naira
Note: jumia minimum commission fee is 300naira
*Promotion and other cost should be about 200naira
Total 500 naira for each product

Landing cost is 550naira and expenses for each product is 500 naira.

That's 1050naira for cost of each product without profit.

Our profit should be about 30-60%

Will Sell for around 1365naira - 1680naira

Below 👇 is the screenshot from my jumia account page of 'Teeth whitening charcoal"

The lowest price sells more than others

You can as well see the sponsored product

Jumia offer promotional packages for their seller to have their products ontop of the list for maximum exposure.

That's part of strategies to do as well..

I will talk more about It on WhatsApp Importers group..
@Donben @Stanexpress take note

Section 2

Promoting our product:
Social media marketing.
Promoting our jumia store Online.
As will normally do..

the difference now is that, we will be promoting our jumia store and direct prospects to our jumia product page.

Jumia will take care of the shipping.
Nothing like waybill again.

Will also talk more on this on whatsApp groups..

Section 3

Reviewing and giving perfect feedback.

All member will have to give five star 🌟 of any product we upload on jumia and also give perfect feedback..

If a single product have 20 of five star 🌟 and also have 20 of well written positive feedback about the product the the seller..

That alone will captive buyers to buy from us even if the product price is a little bit high.

Section 4

I will talk about how to manage the store and also who will be in charge as well.

How go about it easily..

On WhatsApp group.

Note its almost the same way with KONGA

I advise to start with JUMIA first to understand it very well before moving to KONGA

World Sleep Day: Amazing10 tips for a good night's sleep

World Sleep Day: 10 tips for a good night's sleep

How important is a good night's sleep? 07:21

Vital Signs is a monthly program bringing viewers health stories from around the world.

(CNN)With over 100 types of sleep disorders to contend with, and around 40-50% of us experiencing insomnia at some point in our lives, it's vital to keep an eye on your sleep habits and seek help if you need it, according to Antonio Culebras, organizer of World Sleep Day 2016, a global initiative educating the public about sleep.

Many of us don't even know the basic facts about sleep. For instance, it should take you 10 to 15 minutes to fall asleep, with seven to nine hours being optimal for most of us, ideally at a temperature of around 60-67°F (16-19°C).

Test your knowledge with our sleep quiz

To celebrate World Sleep Day we asked you to share your top tips for a good night's sleep on Twitter. You replied with loads of ideas, from drinking a soothing cup of camomile tea, to going to the gym, or having sex. Here are our favorite ones and what the experts have to say about them ...

1. Turn off your gadgets

This is a good strategy according to Russell Foster, director of Oxford University's SCNi (Sleep and Circadian Neuroscience Institute), as blue light emitted from smartphone, TV and computerscreens can suppress melatonin (a hormone helping you sleep) and increase your alertness.

"What it probably will do is increase levels of alertness and therefore delay sleep onset ... it's a good rule of thumb to reduce light exposure," says Foster, advising to switch off your screens half an hour before bed and relax in a softly lit room.

You can even buy special light bulbs mimicking sunlight -- "white and color ambience" bulbs can gradually wake you up and send you to sleep by slowly brightening, dimming and alternating the light's frequency.

2. Avoid a bedtime tipple

However enjoyable nightcaps may be, unfortunately they could lead to more shallow sleep.

"Alcohol will actually disrupt some of the important things going on in the brain such as memory consolidation," says Foster.

A shallower sleep could lead to a negative cycle where you're dependent on sedatives to sleep, and stimulants such as caffeine or sugary food to stay awake during the day.
